Delete Your Account

You (or, for students under 18, your parent/guardian) can delete your CodeVolve account and associated personal data at any time.

1. Delete from your dashboard (recommended)

1. Sign in and open your Dashboard
2. Go to Settings
3. Choose Delete account and confirm

2. Request deletion by email

If you can’t access your account, email us directly:

We’ll confirm deletion within 7 business days.

3. What gets deleted

• Your profile and account credentials
• Your enrollment and lesson progress history
• Project submissions tied to your account

4. What may be retained

• Records required for tax/financial law (retained per statutory requirements)
• Anonymised, aggregate analytics that can’t be linked back to you
